And yes, there are minimal educational requirements of 63 Classroom hours a licensee has to fulfill before a state exam can be taken. Several schools offer the pre-license course days, evenings and online.

There is a common misconception that in real estate one can make a lot of money fast, without hard work and dedication. The reality looks different.
